Nina and Melissa consider it an honor to support and guide participants through mindfulness retreats. A retreat is a powerful environment curated to take participants deeper into their personal meditation practice and understanding of mindfulness. It is also an intentional time for compassionate self-care, inner nourishment, and renewal.
